最近よく聴いているニーナシモン

その中でもAin’t Got No I’ve Got Lifeという歌は、

ヨガ学び始めの頃、いいわけしたり欲張っていた私に、師が教えてくれた大切な歌。

ヨガの哲学、サントーシャ（知足）といったらこの曲ですね。

はじめて聴いた時、彼女のソウルフルな歌声に魅了され、ストレートな言葉ひとつひとつがとっても強いんだけど心地よくて、幸せな気持ちになった。

当時はApplemusicなかったから何回もYouTube再生したなぁとしみじみ。

ヨガができて、美味しいものが食べられて、好きな人たちと過ごせる毎日に感謝。
